What is Kettlebells?
I was just listing all my exercise, not just the ones for the challenge. Kettle Bells are a cannon ball looking thing with a big handle on it. A great way to burn calories, it gives you: good cardio, gain strength, and strengthen your core at the same time. They come in sizes from 2lbs up to over 100lbs. I have a 30lb bell.0 -
