    @designerdiscounts When I was contemplating exercise back in 2008, I read on the WW message boards to have about a 100 calorie higher carb snack prior to a workout and a high protein snack right after. I don’t do their program anymore but still think this advice is accurate.

    @shunggie Try to have someone with you, just to be safe. We don't want you getting lost or hurt and stranded on a mountain trail.

    @shunggie Ditto on what @quiltingjaine and @FarmerCarla said. I just wanted to add-- please please do not lean over high spots and large drop offs for selfies! I'm sure you've seen the amount of falls & deaths in the past couple of years. We would love to see pics, just NOT THAT CLOSE TO THE EDGE!!!! We love you & don't want to lose you! Here's hoping that you will have some SAFE and relaxing fun & movement during this trip.
