July 1- 9st11.6 what a nice surprise! I've gone down since the other day. Yippee!
July 2- 9st10.6 Yay!! Bit stiff from exercising yesterday. I've been having issues with slightly painful cramping so I troed coconut water for the 1st time this morning - EW. Will keep drinking it though.
July 3- 9st12 Ahhhhh!! It has nothing to do with that celebratory poutine and root beer float that I had yesterday, on behalf of Canada Day. It's allllll muscle gain. ๐๐๐

Mini Intro & RoutineHi. I'm a 29yr 5' 4" female from Spokane, Wa. I've had too many cheat days lately, and need to get back on track & keep myself accountable.
My current motivation is fitting old clothes and being able to actually dress up this Halloween, but I'm hoping to be slim and fit by my wedding next year.
Doing low carb 18:6 IF. I go to the gym 2-3 times per week, and either walk or do yard work on my weekends.

July 1 - 211.2 (+1.2) - I still dunno what's going on. Today I'm restarting and have all my food logged! I am saying NO to the pantry and will not snack after dinner! I'm still thinking I'm holding onto water from being so sore, but I dunno. I was in vacation from work last week, so I wasn't moving much. Today I'm back at work and drinking my usual 96oz of water and eating all my logged food. Hopefully all the moving here will help me drop some of this dang water weight. Here's to July being a better month!
July 2 - 209.6 (-1.6) - Yay! Finally going back down! And I feel like I ate a bunch yesterday, but I was still within my goal. I managed 45 min on the treadmill, hit my daily 10k step goal, and drank 112oz of water, so all in all yesterday was a good day! I decided to stop doing the 30 day challenge for now and just stick to eating right/within my limit and using the treadmill since that seems to be working okay-ish. Today will basically be the same food except dinner of course. But it's all logged!
July 3 - 208.6 (-1.0) - Still going down! I didn't use the treadmill last night because I had a raging headache, but I still stayed within my goal and was happy to see a lower number this morning. Tonight I will use the treadmill though and hopefully will still see another dip in the morning!
July 4 - 206.8 (-1.8) - New low! Yay finally was able to break out of the 207s! I even broke from what I had logged and had pizza for lunch yesterday. I made sure I only ate what first into my goals and made sure I used the treadmill last night too. Today will be interesting too, as were going to MIL house for a bbq and swimming with the kids. I am going to behave myself! And I will use the treadmill tonight too! Have a great day everyone. Keep it up!1 -

I am losing so slowly now that I am almost at my maintenance weight. I am really trying to get below 144 (which is "normal" BMI weight supposedly on the chart at least) this month and will be the top of my maintenance weight. I want to ultimately reach 138 so that I have that room to be able to indulge and not freak out with a fluctuation. I am doing 14 days no alcohol right now to see if it jump starts my loss, but so far it hasn't really changed anything.

The last few months have been very stressful at my job, and I've been stress eating and making bad food choices (aka way too much sugar). I haven't been this over my goal weight in two years, so I need to get back there and stay there.
