    end goal: 125

    2nd round for me. This is a great way to keep in touch with others with similar goals. I'm 49 yo female Canadian expat living in Central America. Good luck all for to continuing the journey to all our goals.To reflect on the last 10 days. I'm stoked that I found this forum, although I'm still having trouble figuring out how to post. On 6/25 I decided to give up alcohol for a month, partly to help with weight loss, but who am I kidding...lol I need a etoh break anyways. So, I'm doing my exercise, and haven't had etoh in 6 days. My carbs are <100 per day..i know not exactly low carb, but i'm just analyzing the last 10 days. My caloric intake is fine, but I need more protein. So, in 10 days lost 1 pound...well, that's still 1 pound less, and no more gained...but more than that I'm on a journey so I'm stoked for the next ten days...

    so, goals for this round stay under 50 carbs per day, continue AF, continue exercise...and just see what happens to the scale

    07/04 147.0 carb 73 protein 29 cal 1038..well, carbs are not exactly under 50, but I'm totally needing all the food i'm getting as i'm working a lot in the yard, and or workouts are challenging. Perhaps its what I'm waiting for...the etoh to be gone from my system so I can finally lose those stubborn 20 lbs
