This week's successes: I felt pretty good this week. I've been getting better sleep and have been doing okay overall. Just have been busy with life stuff right now.
This week's challenges: I'm still not exercising as much as I'd like and consequently, am still not losing much. =/
But I have come to realize it's not a race, especially if this is to be a lifetime commitment.
Next week's goal: I have a lot going on now and for the next month or so, so I just want to be able to find time to be motivated and to use that motivation so I don't lose all my hard-work.

This week's successes: Stayed pretty busy and had a great vacation. Maybe it's not a success in so much of a way that's for weight loss but more so for my mental and emotional health. It was a lot of fun. Oh, and I walked a ton.
This week's challenges: Didn't really track properly for food or exercise at all. Just guessed numbers for most things. I also didn't actually get to properly weigh myself. So not sure how accurate this number is either.
Next week's goal: These next few weeks are going to be hectic since I'm moving back across the world! I just hope that I can still lose something and have time to track it, too. Oh, and I really want to enjoy my remaining time here.

Challenges: Have been away for the past two weigh-in days, outside my normal routines, eating habits challenged, plus many more temptations at family & social gatherings including extended birthday celebrations for my daughter. I ate cake four times in the past three weeks, after six months with only two cheats! The temptation was so hard not to go more off track. I was also worried I was going to put weight back on.
Successes: I did a pretty good job at navigating this period, even though a lot was out of my control and needed to fit in with others. I still managed to get in some exercise, fasting, keep low-carb, and keep on track with weight loss.1 -

New and just started over again 2/11/19 at 225.8 and need to lose over 100lbs and prefer the challenges to keep me more motivated. I have started over for the 2nd time this year already. I started in January had some issues, and finally started again in February. So up for this challenge!

Challenges: I haven't been as good with the exercise this week. Need to put in more effort this week. I had a bit of excitement on Friday and Saturday when I had a new low weight which put my BMI in the "overweight" category rather than "obese", but my weight bounced back up on Sunday and Monday, so I am back in the "obese" category.
