    If it makes you feel better it seems that my boys got fever of the wind changed direction and most of the time it turned out to be nothing. I took my oldest to the pediatrician one time with 103.7, emergency flashers on and everything. The doctor did not seemed concerned, I was a little mad at him, but ran some tests couldn’t find anything, and it was gone as quick as it came...
    It does make them feel bad though so I hope he is better soon :)

    Mine is similar. I guess it's just the way their bodies fight the bugs. I am 99% sure he's just getting a cold.
    I took him to the store with me because we were desperate for some groceries. His temp is up but not as high as before thank goodness

    I hope he is doing better 🥰

    Took him to the dr and just a virus. At least we don't have to worry and end up at a walk in tomorrow

    Hi there, boys and girls. :) I'm Kev. 36, from the UK. I'm just over 16 stone and planning to lose at least 4 stone over the next few months, or however long it takes now that I'm coming up to 40 lol.

    Have been trying to lose weight on and off for the past year and not succeeding very well, mainly due to laziness and snacking too much. So easy to be lazy and crisps are too nice. I lost about half a stone over the last month or two and hovvered at 16.5-16.8 for so long. But the past couple of weeks, I've been really going for it. Bought some weight loss powder (Stripfast 5000, which is definitely helping!), eating less per meal, having the occasional healthy snack (either low calorie or fruits) whenever I feel peckish and exercising a bit more.

    Recently got my mountain bike fixed (originally housemate's but he's never used it so I stole it for myself instead lol) and realising just how unfit I actually am when having to go up hills. :D It's not stopping me though and I'm determined to reach a decent weight, build some muscle and stamina, and get rid of the podgy belly.

    Figured this would be a good place to keep track of what I do, when I remember to fill it out. Also give and recieve motivation from others, which always helps! So starting off as we mean to go on: Whatever your goals, you CAN do it!

    Hi guys, Im new here and need some support. Im in my late 30s and have been struggling so hard to shed about 20lbs.
    Stress eating has been my biggest issue. :'(
    Just recently got diagnosed with asthma , going through some marriage issues, and on top of stress... all of the new meds are making me non stop eat. Ahhhhh!
    I wanna try this weight loss journey again.

    Hello My People,

    I've been on my healthy weight journey for about 7 weeks. This week I hurt my knee doing my new favorite exercise: walking. Also, I'm getting ready to travel from my home-sweet-healthy-kitchen to the-land-of-steak-and-potatoes for a week. I am nervous. My goals are to 1) record my food, even if I have to guess at restaurant items, and 2) figure out some hotel room calisthenics. I have discovered that I can do pushups on my knees. I can't quite get my back off the floor while doing crunches, but trying to do them definitely qualifies as exercise.

    Keep up the good work, everybody. You can do it.
