Hi! This is my second challenge I'm joining. Last year I did a 2018 weight loss challenge and lost around 80-85 lbs (and kept it off, give or take 5 lbs!) I did that largely by eating a Ketogenic diet and zero exercise. I never made it to my goal weight, still about 30lbs to go but I would love to carve 20 out of that figure.

I need advice:
I try to eat 25% carbs, 35% fat, 40% protein. But I'm having difficulties getting all that protein. I drink premier protein shakes, eat zone bars, chicken (so much chicken), fish, pork tenderloin, eggs, cottage cheese. What else can I eat? Jerky is a bit pricy but I'll eat it if it's in sale. Almonds are a great source with 21.1g protein content per 100g.1 -

Meat is always the best for protein! Tuna packets, egg whites, bone broth, collagen. Perhaps you could make some keto fat bombs and add protein powder or collagen.2 -
