    29 Aug-- 193 :s sooooo there is a 2.8 weight gain almost over night and I was scratching my head trying to figure out HOW?? :o and then I get up to shower and low and behold the famous friend came to visit. This entire time I was wondering why my sweet appetite seemed to speed up over the past few days. This thing is all over the place it is here early about 6 days like WTF?? so I guess I'm ending this month on TOM weight...but I still smile because 7 days from now it will all be gone!!! I will leave this MGW of 188.4 for September and I am POSITIVE I will achieve it!! :)

    15 Aug- 163 lb (0) Little to no change. The scale/method for my weigh in right now isn't the most accurate lol For one, I'm fully clothed when I weigh in. Shoes off though. This is because I've been weighing myself on a scale at work. (I dont think they'd appriciate me stripping down the the ladies restroom for a naked weigh LOL!!) I might change that... I use what is called and "expression station" at work 2X a day. It's for breast feeding mothers who need to pump while at work. The room is private and lockable. So if I bring my own scale in to keep in there I could do naked weights after pumping.... entertaining the idea for sure.

    31July - 143.7 ended the month a little high/inflated but we will see what happens tomorrow
    1 Aug - 143.7 same still holding on to some extra weight. Hopefully it will drop tomorrow. Damn beers and fast food from Tuesday
    2 Aug - 142.2 Almost back to my lowest from last week. I guess I will just keep chugging along
    3 Aug - 142.2 probably would have been lower, but I drank to much again last night. I need to get it together already!
    4 Aug - 142.2 The hubby and I are going to see Hobbs & Shaw and have lunch.

    26 Aug - 146.9 think I am just holding onto water. Shouldn't be this high, but I always am on Mondays!
    27 Aug - 144.1 drinking plenty of water to get rid of that extra sodium. A restaurant meal and Bloody Mary causes a 4 pound gain every time. It is so frustrating, but I always know it's going to happen.
    28 Aug - 142.7 and we are back down again.
    29 Aug - 143.5 Whataburger at 8:30 for dinner last night. Within calories, bu I am sure the sodium was terrible.

    2 Aug - 145.8 extra rest last night. Still need more cardio during the day.

    4 Aug - 147.0 went out to eat. There was a driver k or two. Definitely water weight. (Starting insanity again, as burn phase)
    5 Aug - 146.2 started insanity yesterday, was stricter on my diet, plenty of water. Still frustrated. Need to remember to keep doing what I'm doing and I'll get there.

    Aug 4:: 181.7 - I am very frustrated! We had company all weekend and I didnt journal my calories and here I am back in the 180's! UGH. I think I also need to bring my calorie level to 1000 calories per day instead of 1200 per daY. This week I will be at a class but will journal anyway!

This is because I've been weighing myself on a scale at work. (I dont think they'd appriciate me stripping down the the ladies restroom for a naked weigh LOL!!) I might change that... I use what is called and "expression station" at work 2X a day. It's for breast feeding mothers who need to pump while at work. The room is private and lockable. So if I bring my own scale in to keep in there I could do naked weights after pumping.... entertaining the idea for sure.

I will have to do my last weigh in on the 3rd, not 1st... hopefully some of you will still be following this thread to see it lol

    11 Aug - 11.05 delighted no weight gain. Chinese last night too. Think the exercise during the holiday balanced the aditional food. Now to get back on it.

    13 Aug - 11.04. Body fat reading incorrect yesterday. I had been reset has a man. Still down but not so low.

This entire time I was wondering why my sweet appetite seemed to speed up over the past few days. This thing is all over the place it is here early about 6 days like WTF?? so I guess I'm ending this month on TOM weight...but I still smile because 7 days from now it will all be gone!!! I will leave this MGW of 188.4 for September and I am POSITIVE I will achieve it!! :)
