August 22: 196.2 Went up higher yet, but I’ve dropped it back down a bit. On my way to better, bolder, brighter, beautiful!

Weekly update...
The struggle is real!! I've been working myself to exhaustion on a landscaping project... and not sleeping well because I'm so sore... and eating a ton to compensate for energy spent and poor sleep. Slow and steady is sometimes easier said than done. Guess I'm naturally more of a all-or-nothing gal. 🤷♀️ Oh well, I hope some of this effort results in more muscle (and nice landscape:). Keep on keeping on folks. 🤗
