    August 08: 195.8 I have worked hard this past week & am keeping the slip-ups more in control. However, I’ll never be perfect so I am just happy to continue the losses, no matter how big or small! This week was a good week.
    August 15: 195.4. I’m grinning ear to ear to see continued downward trend. Hard work is paying off!
    August 22: 196.2 Went up higher yet, but I’ve dropped it back down a bit. On my way to better, bolder, brighter, beautiful!
    August 29: 195.4 Better.
    August 31: 192.6 Even Better

    The struggle is real!! I've been working myself to exhaustion on a landscaping project... and not sleeping well because I'm so sore... and eating a ton to compensate for energy spent and poor sleep. Slow and steady is sometimes easier said than done. Guess I'm naturally more of a all-or-nothing gal. 🤷‍♀️ Oh well, I hope some of this effort results in more muscle (and nice landscape:). Keep on keeping on folks. 🤗
