Goal weight this month: 168 I hope that's realistic. (I've been having a hard time being on top of my eating and losing, and only lost 2.5 lbs in August. Going back to work this week, and that will be stressful.)

I turn 40 years old this month and I was really wanting to be at 140, but I don't see that happening. Maybe by the end of the month I can hit that goal.

Goal weight is 85kg, my previous lowest was 86.5kg, but I let things slip a bit.
Goal weight this month anything <90kg. This is achievable!

3 Sept - 92.4kg - Hey, I'm no longer obese...I can quit now.
4 Sept - 91.8kg - Yesterday 1.25km (morning) swim plus 5km run (evening).
5 Sept - 92.8kg - OK, so doing no exercise and having a not so great food day is not going to help this challenge.
6 Sept - 92.4kg - 3km swim, and 20km cycle yesterday. Looking forward to a run this afternoon / tonight.
7 Sept - 93.5kg - No exercise yesterday and I'm paying the price for beer and pizza. I messed up big dammit.
8 Sept - 93.0kg - Not a bad day, given I was out of town again for most of the day, and had dinner out.1 -

Have you tried zeroing your scale? Nearly all scales have a memory and they will go to the last weight. Only a really big change will cause a different reading.
To zero it and get a fresh reading you turn it on and put a weight on the scale different from your body weight (like a book or something). Then turn it off again and then start it up again so it shows zero and then weigh yourself. It should come unstuck. That way you will see the small changes more regularly.

3 September 311.7 feeling rubbish today. Think I have a nasty cold coming! Only just met my step goal too.
4 September 310.9 yay for going in the right direction again!
5 September 310.1 small loss but still good for THAT time of month! Step goal met and exceeded too! I will get less fat!
6 September 308.8 delighted with that and I think it's down to the extra walking. There has to be some bonus to heaving all this weight around, and that's it, walking burns the calories!
7 September 307.9 over the moon to read this on the scale this morning and actually did a little victory dance when the scale updated my status here. I'm in the next stones bracket! Started in 23 now (just) in 21 ๐๐๐๐ stupidly delighted and also scared of wrecking it!
