Have you tried zeroing your scale? Nearly all scales have a memory and they will go to the last weight. Only a really big change will cause a different reading.
To zero it and get a fresh reading you turn it on and put a weight on the scale different from your body weight (like a book or something). Then turn it off again and then start it up again so it shows zero and then weigh yourself. It should come unstuck. That way you will see the small changes more regularly.

August was a bad month for me. I was posting here religiously and then completely fell off the wagon. I've somehow managed to stay somewhere between 203 and 206 though, so I haven't packed too much back on (lowest was 202, so somedays I'm not too far off). Time to get back to it! This month WILL be better! I'm determined to get under 200 this month!

8 September - 205 - I hate this rollercoaster. It's my own fault, but I still hate it. Yesterday I was good again until dinnertime, then it all fell apart. Today will be a good day. I'm going to get all my lunches for the week ready, so that will help. Knowing myself, I'll be back to 202s in a day or 2. I just like to hold onto water.4 -

9 September 309.5 😔 so I knew it couldn't constantly go down but guessing that's my TOM water weight hitting. Logically I know it'll go off again but gutted that I got into the next stone bracket and am now not! Steps still high yesterday so keeping on going! Thank you! I lost 52lbs doing keto from Nov-May but went on vacation in May and just couldn’t get back into it. I ate anything and everything and only gained 9lbs even with all the crazy eating I was doing the last 4 months! So I’m fine with that. Got back on Sept 1st and I’m almost back down to what I was before my vacation in May!
