    11: 221.8 Still going strong with my eating choices. Haven't gotten back to exercising yet. I thought I'd start a couple days ago, but I think I need to start the day my kids go to their dad's. Maybe I can get a few days in to restart the habit while I don't have so much other stuff to juggle.
    12: 223.8 YIKES!! I expected a gain, but maybe not that much. It's all good though. It'll be down again within a few days. I enjoyed some thin crust veggie pizza at my daughter's soccer game. I didn't overeat, but it was definitely a calorie bomb.
    13: DNW Didn't sleep much last night. Not feeling so hot today, even with a 3+ hour nap. Forgot to weigh before I ate.

    JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS ~|~ Round 89 (round 21 for me ) I'm in for another round, tomorrow will be the only day I weigh in though as I fly off for 10 days holiday tomorrow afternoon, I'm back 21st just in time for the next challenge!! Although not weighing, I'll still try to check in each day and read all the posts.

    Female age 61 5' 4”

    Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and have gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then; I don't want to gain any more, but would like to get back to my goal weight – I'm working at it – it's a permanent way of life !

    Round goal –not gain too much whilst on holiday; be mindful of what I eat & drink and keep walking.

    09/10 133.2 – 7 miles walked yesterday; rain curtailed for most of the day :(. Later we fly out to Crete so I don't think I will be able to weigh whilst away, but I'll check in everyday if I can.
    09/11 DNW - 5 miles walked yesterday mostly round the airport! macros very slightly over, difficult to control when not self preparing meals ! Oh and scales in my room, but don't work, need new batteries, I've put request in to maintenance!!
    09/12 DNW - no scale batteries yet. Walked 8.39 miles yesterday, some along the beach, estimated 150 calories over goal.
    09/13 134.0 - 11.77 miles walked yesterday - what's truly bizarre is the fact that the vain person that I am whilst on holiday I'm wearing my Fitbit on my belt loop so I don't get a white mark on wrist, it's recording the walks as outdoor biking, but still counting the steps?????? Sodium over, but all other macros in green.
    09/14 135.4 - maybe it's not such a good idea having scales on my holiday!! And I thought I was making really good food choices and logging them :(. 9.4 miles walked yesterday, estimate of calories 195 over.

    @chefsam5000 ... very nice! I agree 1500 is too low for you... unless you eat back exercise calories. I have also played with calorie and macros, and have set a customized schedule. You're definitely back with a vengeance! 👻

    Goal... Less than I started

    09/10 62.4kg and a tough gym session already this morning.
    09/11 62.7kg no real reason so I'm sure it will come down soon
    09/12 62.8kg...being patient
    09/13 62.6kg and the pain from Tues gym session is leaving! Ran this morning now ready for the wknd!
    09/14 62.4kg with only 3 hours sleep. Let's see what tomorrow does
