    HIGHEST WEIGHT EVER: 206 (moved from WW to MFP in January 2019)
    CHALLENGE STARTING WEIGHT: 162.8

    (I weigh-in on Saturdays)

    Sept. 7: 164.2 lbs -- (+1.4) Wow, not a good start to this challenge! :( It's TOM and apparently I wasn't making great choices like I thought I was. Time to get my *kitten* in gear and get serious!
    Sept. 14: 161.8 lbs -- (-2.4) Yay! Adding strength and my unbreakable vow (through another challenge) of no processed sugar on weekdays has really helped. Hoping this momentum continues! :D
    Sept. 21: 163.4 -- (+1.6) Sigh. I really have no idea why I gained this week. I started strength training more, and I started a personal challenge of not eating any processed sugars on week days, and I've stuck to it. Only thing I can think is I definitely have not been eating all my calories during the day and maybe I'm putting my body into starvation mode. I have had that happen before. In either case, I'll just keep trucking along!
