    Original starting weight (March 2013) - 175.4
    Original MFP starting weight (January 2018) - 168.2
    Ma4 4, 2019 starting weight - 144.0 (ten-day rolling average 142.1)
    Ultimate goal - Maintain around 143 (range between 140 - 150)

    I achieved my goal over the Winter, and I've been trying to keep it off. Stayed in my goal range except one day, but got close several times. Sticking to it!
