Hey guys, my name is Monica, my friends call me Mon. I’m 24 years old.
I have always struggled with my weight, while I was younger I always thought that was overweight and I was very uncomfortable in my own body. It’s funny how you can convince yourself to feel so negatively when it comes to your own body, it’s so easy to do, so I got into the whole gym thing, not really to lose weight but to change my mindset and it was great!

    Until a year ago....

One year ago I was struggling with multiple issues through out my body, exteam tiredness, joint pain in my whole body, poor circulation, pins and needles, migraines, fluid in my legs, my kidneys weren’t filtering properly, multiple blood clots blocking blood flow through out my whole right leg, which resulted in ending up in emergency with a Pulmonary Embolism, to be told I have a blood syndrome, Factor IV (clotting factor) and multiple auto-immune positives, yet to be diagnosed. All these issues went on for months and months without any help, I was in and out of the Emergency/doctors/specialist with no answers, until the PE happened.
I am now on warfarin for the rest of my life, with these issues that have left my body riddled with pain.
I’ve gained weight from not being able to move & exercise, mentally I’m probably at my worst in terms of body positivity and head space, but I am so bloody keen to bounce back from this and be happy and feel good again !

Hope everyone is having a lovely day, speak soon xx

I will not lie I haven't been here for a while I weighed myself this morning and I was up two pounds though it won't show on my progress because I have not recorded anything for 2 months I have been cutting out sugar and bread though so I was very very frustrated so much so that I was going to throw in the towel and say screw this I'm done but as the day went on things got better and I made myself do 23 minutes of yoga needless to say I am doing this when I get to my goal weight I will say it's real

    Hiya brand new to this

Have been using the app for it's free services for a while but just bought premium to see if it helps. I'm doing well with maintaining weight I just struggle to loose it especially with low fat recipes!! Just want to be able to look down and have a flat belly tbh and not take off with bingo wings 😂😂

Hello. My name is Susan. Am 12 lbs. to goal but have lost my motivation. Weight steadily creeping up. Fall is a bad time depression wise. Where can I find motivation?

Combat the depression and the goal setting will come back I think.
I seek nature and openness to help me escape the clutches of anxiety and depression.
Meditation and journaling are a big help to me. It allows so much self forgiveness and understanding to materialize.
Do yourself a favor and don't turn to food for comfort. It just ends up making you feel like *kitten* in the end.
    Good luck!
