Pretty new to MFP but this seems like a great challenge. Man am I glad I burned over 1000 calories yesterday:)

Today was first day of the challenge I burned:
>537 calories walking five miles
>83 calories taking the stairs at work
**Total calories burned today 6200 -
I am in! I just got my hrm so my calories burned should be more accurate.0

Today's burn 768! 40 minutes on elliptical @ HR 140, 50 min on Octane Fitness xRide 6000:

I call it "The Beast." It eats calories and energy like no one's business!
Thinking of doing a long hike tomorrow, weather permitting.

Woohoo!! Hit my daily goal of 750 with a total of 782! It was split with walking the dog and the treadmill.

Monday : 1126 calories on a 9 mile walk
Tuesday: 707 calories on a 6 and a bit mile walk. I was very tempted to hitch a lift on a donkey when I was faced with the last incline.
I'm finding it a bit daunting if I am honest...0 -
641 yesterday, running and walking. Twanged my calf so couldn't do my planned gym session. Off for a walk in a minute to see whether it's ok or needs resting.0

Today I burned 1296 calories- (35 min on elliptical, 60 minutes walk/jog dvd 12 min/mile)0 -

that machine looks awesome! I wish I could use that, I love the elliptical and stationary bike, so combining them looks like an amazing workout.0 -
