10/21 126.6 Weekend maintenance achieved, Day 2/2= a whole weekend (Fri-Sun)! And I baked both days, unbelievable! This is new for me. I love to bake, but it's always been the gateway to losing control, because I prefer my own baked goods to anything store-bought, and I tend to eat a *lot* of dough along the way. You know, you have to taste it to make sure it's going to turn out all right! So I'm proud. And not afraid that baking will undo all my progress. I was honestly afraid to bake for months. Ever since I started off at 158 in March. Anyone else have weight loss/maintenance fears?

Congrats on the NSV! My biggest fear is staying stuck where I am. I've been between 205-225 all year! After losing 50+ I feel more like my old self, but know I need to lose a full 100 to be at my healthiest long-term. Trying to keep challenging myself is the hardest thing right now.

Please join us! Starting on 10/20 JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS, we will begin Round 93
Anyone can join us at anytime during the round.

FOR NEWBIES - I find it easiest to copy the dates to a document or note in my device and edit it each morning. Then copy and paste to the message board. MFP will return you to the spot on the board where you left off on your previous visit which is nice to know if you like to scan all of the posts.

OK, so this is my first challenge, and I just posted, as best as I could. I have a question - do I make a new post every day, or is there some way to edit my original one every day.
Also, I'm curious, what are the "spoilers" I see?
