Blueberry buckwheat. I add almond milk and half a cup ground blueberries. People always ask what the heck it is bc it’s very purple. If you have an issue with staying full, this stuff is magical. I breastfeed and get mad hungry, literally, hangry, and this keeps me full until lunch. I used to be an oatmeal/cream of wheat fanatic.

Two slices of bread I baked the other day, two wedges laughing cow garlic cheese, home smoked turkey breast, hairloom tomato, arugula, pickled pattypan squash.

    :)

I came here just to see if you posted today. You didn’t disappoint. Haha.

Sounds delicious! I love the garlic laughing cow cheese.

My breakfast: Magic Spoon protein cereal and a couple of pieces of bacon. No time today!

A friend gave me his Nija , he got a new bullet . My smoothies never came out good in my blender always too frothy . Learning to use this . Can you share any helpful hints . This one is silk milk, kefir, beet greens / liquid, plain yogurt, frozen straw, left over fruit . Is that too many ingredients ? Used about 1/2-1 cup each ing .
