    I have one employee that continually comes up to my desk when she is bored. She constantly complains about aches, pains, the weather, being tired, etc. My boss sits across the hall and has told me a few different time to not engage in the conversation because it means she will stay longer. (sigh..) it's only monday... only 4 more days until I'm away from work.

    My home environment plays a huge part on my self-discipline when it comes to my fitness journey and reaching goals. My focus is 15% me/ 85% everything & everyone else.

    I was never one to “lay out” for a tan.
    I always had a tan from being outside all the time.
    I’ve had a few full body beach sunburns in my life as well.
    I haven’t had a tan in probably a decade.
    Even so now that I’m older I am noticing all the sun damage to my skin.
