    12 Nov- 148.6 lb- Relieved to see a drop because I was not on my best behavior over the weekend! Phew!!! I plan on staying super focused this week. Kiddos start swim lessons this week (6-7PM, Tues & Thursday) so that will help keep me busy and not snacking (or enjoying an extra drink or 2) in the evening. PLUS I will be in the water getting some exercise as well!!

    20 Nov- 150.8 lb- TOM started, explains why the spike was so high!! Probably won't see it level out for another week... right before Thanksgiving... and that's a whole different battle lol!!
    21 Nov- 148.8 lb- There we go. Still dropping. Glad I was able to step back and look at the big picture instead of falling apart.
    22 Nov- 150 lb- I'm assuming this is TOMs work. I did well yesterday, besides having dinner pretty late. Have great weekend everyone!

    16 Nov - 139.4 Gahhh! Saw you all use that word, and it seems to really fit. I am ready for a swoosh loss. Today I have training at work and a potluck. Here's to willpower!

    17 Nov - 139.5 Grrrrr! I did great yesterday at the potluck. Brought a copycat Olive Garden salad for the potluck, but also brought my own low calorie salad. If I wasn't determined to be down 4 more pounds before I go back to Kentucky for Thanksgiving to visit my inlaws I would have enjoyed many of the delicious meals.
    That swoosh loss has to be close πŸ˜•

    18 Nov - 139.4 😑 So I put my scale into the bathroom corner, and THAT is where the little liar is going to stay until she apologizes! πŸ€£πŸ˜‚

    19 Nov - 139.9 😑😑😑 I feel like my scale and I are in battle of wills. Challenge accepted! I am not going to binge, no matter how tempting. The scale has to move soon. The math doesn't lie, I believe it (I am a High School math teacher) πŸ™‚πŸ™‚ Keeping on, tomorrow may be a better day!

    20 Nov - 139.1 πŸ˜ƒ Of course I was hoping for more, but it is finally moving in the right direction. I think lack of sleep and the fact I am finally within 10 pounds of my final goal weight has a lot to do with the slow down😐😊

    21 Nov - 138.5 πŸ˜ŠπŸ˜ƒ I just MAY hit my goal after all, if I am very committed, But my PreCalculus students and my AP Calculus students want to do a potluck party next week before Thanksgiving break. I am sure they would be hurt if I don't try the food they bring. And there is the issue of eating at my Mother in-law's house during our trip over Thanksgiving. But those are concerns for another day. πŸ™„πŸ€”

    22 Nov - 138.6 πŸ€”πŸ€” I have been in a 1000 calorie deficit all week. I should have lost more. But I truly think my lack of sleep is the culprit. Here it's my sleep this week:

    Even that doesn't help with my weight loss, it wil help with my energy and my spirits.

    13 Nov - 😳🀬 164.5!!! Again mad but more mad! I met with my nutritionist today and tried not to cuss too much. She said I was eating twice too many carbs.

    22 Nov - 138.7 I am sure this is a false low due to not eating the last couple of days because of shingle meds, but it's still nice to see
