10/28 - 183 - Smh. Up and down the scale to end the month the same weight as I started the month. The good news is that this 183 is excess fluid and not October 1st excess fat. My body fat percentage decreased. The scale weight will catch up eventually.
10/31 - 181.811/11: 181.412/02: DNW - Woke up feeling dehydrated and thirsty. I'll post my weight tomorrow.

10/28: 152.6 - It's been up and down - but more down then up - this week is birthday week - 6 partys coming up - YIKES!!!
11/4: 153 - This is my Monday weigh in. It's just been a week. It's Christmas set up week for me - so long days at multiple stores. Not eating properly...who has time - lol. 2 more birthdays this weekend and then they are all done!! Long weekend - Remembrance day on Monday! I so need it!
11/11: 155.2 - Everything is just off. I'm not sleeping and my body just doesn't like it. My night snacking is back and I was doing so good!!!
11/18: 154.8 - Still not sleeping well!! Am having nightmares that actually wake me and I can't shake them off - anyone else ever get this?? Stress for sure - having a problem with an ex friend - not helping! Hoping it's all resolved by completely cutting all ties but I have a feeling it's not over yet
11/25: 154 - Gonna be lucky to maintain at the moment!!
12/02: 153.6 - Chalking this loss up to being sick. But it is what it is...
12/09: 153 - I feel like I've bounced all over in the 12 weeks...still not feeling great. It's always harder for me to shake colds and flu, my immune system is shot. Low white cell count because of chemo...4 -

11/11: 149.2 (Dodged the parent weekend food binge bullet. Lots of veggies planned for this week🥗)
11/18:149.6 (Weight jumped up 2 lbs from yesterday. Weekend crappy food choices, salt,liquor. Back at it :
11/25:148.8 (Weekends are not my friend lol! But happy to be staying under 150)🍗🍁🍂
12/02:149.2 (A little surprised but I did drink every night - empty calories but I did log them.)
12/09:147.6 (Christmas parties and fun aside, still hoping to get to 145 or below before we leave)

Since Monday are my highest days of the week, I will put my Sunday weight and include my 7 day average for the week. Really looking to break into the 130's by the end of this challenge.

9/23: 143.7 (Avg 144.6) - Weekends are my downfall. Had my youngest daughters birthday party and drank a little to much with the family on Saturday. It always hits me 2 days later.
9/30: 140.9 (Avg 142.34) - tailgating for the Cowboys game. Drank and ate way to much yesterday. Feel terrible today and realizing I am getting way to old for these crazy weekends anymore.
10/07: 141.5 (Avg 143.5) - Took a 3 day weekend this weekend. Had a little bit of a fall Saturday night and just needed to rest. The hubby and I are going to see a movie (Joker) and probably go out to lunch. Not having any snacks or popcorn though at the movies.
10/14: 143.6 (Avg 143.13) - My lowest Monday ever. Did really well this weekend and am super proud that I held it together. If I can get my Mondays (which is usually my highest day of the week) down to 138 I will be stoked! Although, I haven't even been able to get my lowest days of the week into the 130's yet, lol.
10/21: 143.9 (Avg 141.97) - Yup I had a really good weekend. Darnitt! At least my 7 day average is still trending down.
10/28: 139.7 (Avg 143.37) Was high all week for some reason, but ended lower. Did a 24 hour fast on Saturday, so my Sunday weigh-in is probably lower than it should be. I am sure will bounce back up, but was nice to see this morning.
11/4: 140.7 ( Avg 141.13) Was a little higher than last week, but not by much. Now I will bounce around here for a couple of weeks. I have really been trying, it's just so slow these days.
11/11: 144.3 (Avg 141.57) and that is my weight after a bloody Mary and Mexican food yesterday! Booo
11/18: 141.3 (Avg 140.94) Have done really well this weekend. Hopefully I can continue the downward trend, no matter how slow
11/25: 137.1 (Avg 139.23) This may go up, but am happy with it for today. I was diagnosed with shingles and put on ant-virals about a week ago and have zero appetite. So my calories have been extremely low and so my weight has dropped. I am hoping this is the whoosh I have been waiting for and that it sticks when I get off of the meds, but it may go up a bit.
12/02: 144.4 (Avg 140.29) Way to much alcohol on my 5 day weekend and tons of carbs. Hopefully I will lose it quickly!
12/09: 138.8 (Avg 139.7) Not my lowest, but at least lower than last week and back in to the 130's. Looking to finish strong. Almost have my average in my maintenance zone, just a couple of more pounds!

My goal for this challenge is to power through the Halloween & Thanksgiving holidays and avoid as many temptations as possible to show a one pound loss per week. Out-of-town Christmas shopping travels will be the biggest challenge!

11/04: 186.0 Did better than I thought. Gained a bit of travel weight but quickly worked it off and trusted the process.

11/18: 185.8 Gained then lost it back so I broke exactly even. Time for some true progress!
11/25: 183.6 I just can’t tell you how happy I am, however, this upcoming week brings two days of travel (starting tomorrow) and a Thanksgiving Dinner being celebrated late on the 30th so I dread the next weigh-in. But I’ll cross that bridge when I get to it. For now, I’m doing the happy dance!
12/02: 183.2 Okay, so the temporary inflated weight from Thanksgiving Dinner on the 30th is gone and I’m okay again. This is not my lowest, it occurred during the week prior to dinner, so I have more work to do but I’m 0.4 lower than last week, even after Thanksgiving! I’ll take it!
12/09: 188.2 Drats! And I was doing so well!

High sodium has a negative effect on me, too. I discovered that after going back and analyzing my meals. Seems i was being lazy on Fridays and Saturdays, and just ate quick meals (loaded with sodium). Now if I want the salty foods, I eat them on Wednesday and Thursday, and cut back starting Friday. So Weigh-in day is not water retention.1 -

Yep, sodium helps your blood retain more water. I actually have to do this for medical reasons and it works because salt absorbs water better then other materials in our bodies and also hangs around longer. Which is great if you need to retain water but not great if you need to loose weight 😅.1 -
