Hello everyone, I am new here and want to lose those fats which were attached to me like leaches since ages. In the past I lost few pounds here and there while starving myself to death. I joined this app few months back but lacked accountability. This week I lost 2kgs after a long time which is a huge matter for my 4.6 body frame.
I am here looking for new friends with whom I can start this new journey without any judgements and where I an be accountable as well. Hope everyone enjoying their holidays...

Restarted tracking using the app and getting a new Fitbit Versa 2 to stay on top of things. My goal is to reduce overall body fat and increase strength as my weight is already in the zone I want it.

Hi there. Been on the app for a while but never really used it properly. Trying to get a head start on the new year and make some changes to feel better and be healthier. I am a new mom and the last year has been what I lovingly call "survival mode", but ready to make myself a priority again and hoping I can keep the motivation to get there. Hey Stephanie here- been on here a while... lost 100 lbs a few years ago and hey almost 40 of that came back... grrr... and I've been on injured reserve for about a month - so just trying to pull it all together with my eating and doing what I can for strength on one leg...
