    I have lost and gained over the last couple of years 50 pounds. I started this year at my heaviest. I feel terrible about what I have done to myself, because now it is a lot harder to lose the weight. Here is hoping that joining will help me to stay motivated and not slip back into bad habits.

    Hope everyone is killing their goals this week! This month, I have a goal of sticking to my guns during the weekends. Like most people, I go hard during the work week. Usually have planned suppers at night and leftovers for lunches. I am a gym teacher so I never sit at work and have a high activity level. But any progress made is usually out the window come friday afternoon. Family meals, late night snacking and maybe a few drinks and i am back at square one. So this is the month i hope to change that! We can do this. The only thing between me and my goals is me!!! Consistency is key:)

    This is so me Melionfire! The weekends totally set me back and I would like to be as steadfast on the weekends as I am during the week. Consistency is the key. In fact I like to choose a word or two for my year and "Consistency" is one of my words!

    Count me in. I need to lose 50+ pound for a wedding on May 16th. This is 18 weeks from now, that is 3+ pounds per week. I am a full time high school math teacher and mom of 3 so I am very busy.

    Fall of last year I read Miracle Mornings and began to put myself first. I wake up at 4 am, work out, meditate, read and listen to music before waking my three kiddos to start the day. I feel so much better! The holidays hit hard with lots of company and overindulging. I am happy to be back into my routine.
