Whoops my halo slipped this week. only one good thing to come out of this, all the Christmas chocolates and goodies have been eaten and the fridge is now filled with fresh salad and veggies. Iām doing IF- itās kind of new to me but it has helped a LOT with evening snacking which is my go-to downfall. Mostly do 16/8 but not too strict about exact times.
