I started this endeavor in mid November. Tonight hit 2000 km / 1240 miles on my indoor bike. Also my resting heart rate dropped from 61 to 52. Used to hate cardio when I was "young" and now it's what enables me to reach my goals.
Never felt this fit before.
PS: Netflix and Amazon Prime are a huge help during the training sessions.
