Great work. Did you diet to get below 190 and then bulk back up? You clearly added a lot of muscle, just wondering about the details of how you did it. Thanks14 -
I am still a work in progress! Before 200lbs in progress 165 lbs, I am 5’7. Great work to you all!

Crazy!! I decided to do an evening gown comparison!! The first pic I had already lost 25kg and I was feeling so good about myself as before I wouldn't even be caught dead in a dress! The second pic is only a few weeks ago and now I can't believe I'm finally a dress girl! I had to have excess skim removal due to my weight loss but everything was worth it!

Been on diet most of the time. I started running about 3 years ago... ran several races (5ks, 10ks and halfs).
I used to lift 2-3 days per week, but earlier last year I switched to mornings, so now I lift 5-6 days per week. The guy is about 2 miles away, so I run or bike to the gym for cardio. This switch really helped to put on muscle.
I don't run as much, but still a few races. It's just not the focus like it used to be.

This thread is so inspiring.
I have been on and off MFP for over 8 years now and I really want to put in the level of dedication that I have seen from all of you here.
I am going to be 30 years old by the end of this year and I would like to enter it much more healthier, fitter and happier. I need to fix my health for my kids, I want to be around for as long as I can for them.
Even if I haven't reached my goal weight I would like to feel great about myself.
Thanks to all who have shared their progress pics and their before-after pics.
You all look fab and happy 💪11 -

You are an inspiration! I look a bit like you in the first picture (but I'm smaller, so my weight is lower), and seeing your transformation really motivates me!12 -

SW 315 in pics 1&2 (although I believe it was very likely higher, as I dieted pretty hard for about two weeks before I had the nerve to weigh in) CW 224 on the right. GW is 215 so less than 10lb to go. I am actually pretty sure I’m going to continue on to 195 now mainly to lean up further for 50mi Ultra that I’m tackling in Sept on the weekend of my 39th b-day. I’ve become obsessed with running trail....just love it. Anyway, great job to you all here. Keep up the good work!

114kg to 69kg.
Since the black bikini pic I have gained 11kg back (green bra pic) but I’ve been on track again for the past few weeks and am down 3kg so far. My goal is to reach 64kg. I’m currently going to the gym every day for 1-2 hours and eating 1200-1800 calories per day.82 -

MelG7777 that's impressive, like two different people in you before and after photos. You should be proud3

MelG7777 I am sorry, that is exactly what I ment, you reposted her pics. @NatalieBkk great job, looks like two different people in your post.
MelG7777 best of luck to you in achieving your goals, I am sure you are doing great. I was reluctant to post any of my pics, but I never noticed the huge contrast until I stood the pics next to each other, I just hope it inspires someone else. If I can do it, anyone can. Sorry again for the mix up.
Cheers2 -
@dishiznice
