My most recent before and after picture. 1 and a half months postpartum and 11 months postpartum. I workout for 30 minutes 5-7x a week before my baby wakes up and I am in a calorie deficit focusing on eating lots of protein and veggies with everything else in moderation.

You are an inspiration! I look a bit like you in the first picture (but I'm smaller, so my weight is lower), and seeing your transformation really motivates me!
SW 315 in pics 1&2 (although I believe it was very likely higher, as I dieted pretty hard for about two weeks before I had the nerve to weigh in) CW 224 on the right. GW is 215 so less than 10lb to go. I am actually pretty sure I’m going to continue on to 195 now mainly to lean up further for 50mi Ultra that I’m tackling in Sept on the weekend of my 39th b-day. I’ve become obsessed with running trail....just love it. Anyway, great job to you all here. Keep up the good work!

114kg to 69kg.
Since the black bikini pic I have gained 11kg back (green bra pic) but I’ve been on track again for the past few weeks and am down 3kg so far. My goal is to reach 64kg. I’m currently going to the gym every day for 1-2 hours and eating 1200-1800 calories per day.

I'm down to 259 now, looking to lose another 60+ more! gonna post again maybe once i get to 150 down. love the support this place has given me!

Thanks! I figured that’s what happened. Oh....there is a humongous difference in my before and now pics...70lbs has made a big difference. I’m just completely embarrassed at how bad my “before” pics are. I’m thankful other people aren’t cuz I love seeing them though!
MelG7777 never be ashamed of what was before, you should pin your before picture to yourself like a badge of honor. That's how I see it. A testament to your blood, sweat and tears that transformed you, into what you are today. Keep up the good work, 70lb is an inspiration to us all.
