Scored some really nice smoked wild trout. ... added red oak leaf lettuce, crème fraîche, red onion on sprouted grain. Side of homemade whole cranberry sauce. 😋

That bread looks great! Crust even looks a little shiny, something I've only achieved so far when "throwing" water into the hot oven to create a burst of steam. Is this how it comes out when baked in a Dutch oven? With the lid closed? I'm really curious because I want to bake my own bread again after getting away from it the last couple of years.

Seafood laksa and Vietnamese grilled aubergine salad. I’ve got the same silicone oven mits as just_Tomek.

Fake stew made from leftover sous vide braising meat. I prefer the texture of sous vide tough cuts over stringy braised meat. Mash. Salad with pear, blue cheese and candied pecan.

Air fried chicken thighs tossed in Vietnamese caramel and fish sauce. Oven fries were done under the chicken. Romaine with ranch.

Sweet potato,onion tikka marsala with air fried chicken thighs and a side of tomato, green pea rice.

Spiced carrot and chickpea over a kale and feta salad with 11% Krema yogurt underneath. Vegetarian and very filling!5 -
Starter of romaine with blue cheese and candied walnuts with sherry vinaigrette. I keep a jar of candied nuts in the larder and a squeeze bottle of vinaigrette in the fridge so that takes no time to put together. Main of air fried chicken thighs tossed in Korean Bbq sauce with frozen oven fries cooked under the chicken and roast courgette cooked in the space under the air fryer basket. I keep a squeeze bottle of the bbq sauce which lasts indefinitely in the fridge too.
