@just_Tomek what temp do you smoke at and for how long? I've got similar size portions i've just defrosted and tempted to wrestle smoker out of shed and put to good use.0 -

Started with a salad assembled from leftovers veg sides from last night. Main of chicken lok lak. There's some khmer lime and pepper sauceon the side.

Roasted Sweet Potato, Red, Yellow and Green Peppers, Onion and Cherry Tomatoes mixed into Black Beans and Spanish Style Grains (rice, barley, wheat berries). Dollop of Skyr and a handful of salad leaves.

Attended my first-ever "virtual beer festival" a variety of beers were mailed to us. I got to drink the "non-beer" options since I don't actually like beer.

home made pizza
nachos with tomatoes instead of salsa because that's what was in the fridge:
Donut Factory and the drive-through coffee shop; essential businesses!
