This one is SO good! We make it at least once every few weeks.
Slow Cooker Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin
Serves 8
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 pounds pork tenderloin
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 fresh red chile pepper, finely chopped (I leave these out because we don't like heat, and I've never been able to find them anyway.)
- 1/2 large onion, sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown tenderloins on all sides, about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, mix together teriyaki sauce, chicken broth, and brown sugar in a bowl. Stir in garlic, red chile pepper, onion, and black pepper.
2. Put browned tenderloins into slow cooker, cover with the teriyaki sauce mixture. Cook on High for about 4 hours, turning 2 to 3 times during the cooking time to ensure even doneness.
3. Remove tenderloins from the slow cooker and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. If desired, spoon liquid over slices when serving.
I got this recipe from www.allrecipes.com. It's my favorite recipe site.

This looks like something I'll actually make! Thank you! I shy away from a lot of crock pot recipes because it seems they all call for canned soups and such which I don't use anymore. I want to cook with real ingredients, kwim?0 -

Great thread: I no longer have a crock pot, but these recipes would work so well for slow cooking at a low temperature in the oven, too! And I can vouch for the pork teriyaki recipe as I've cooked it, too.0

may I ask what wing sauce is? do you mean like what you would dip it in blue cheese?
Here is a recipe I got from Taste of Home's Healthy Cooking:
CORN AND BROCCOLI IN CHEESE SAUCE
1 package (16 oz) frozen corn, thawed
1 package (16 oz) frozen broccoli florets, thawed
4 oz reduced fat Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (10 1/4 oz) reduced fat, reduced sodium condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/4 cup fat free milk
Combine the corn, broccoli and cheeses in the crock pot.
In a small bowl, combine the soup and milk; pour over vegetable mixture.
Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or until heated through. Stir before serving.
