    Goal: 40hrs

    Current schedule: 4 days strength 🏋️‍♀️ (M&S 4d dumbbells only) and 3 days cardio (tabata&hiit videos, 🚴‍♀️, walks, 🏃‍♀️). U name it, I do it 🤨 🤷‍♀️

    May resolution 🤫: go to bed earlier and do my main workout in the morning. (So far, a mess!!! 😟)
    5/1: 45 min HasFit tabata (loved it) + a long family walk, I'll say 1 3/4h
    5/2: 60 min cardio (30min elev8 w. Sydney Cummins, 7min to stronger, resistant band w. Madfit, planks) + 60 min walk
    5/3: Day1 M&S 4d + 90min 🚴‍♀️ tour w my boys
    5/4: Day2 M&S 4d + 40min run w. boys on their 🚴‍♂️
    5/5: 75 min bike w my boy + 45 min Tabata, yeah!
    5/6: Day3 M&S 4d + 45 min bike <-> grocery
    5/7: Day4 M&S 4d + 30 min walk w. hubs + 20 min HasFit HIIT
    5/8: 30 min killer strength cardio (on my rest day from M&S! 🤷‍♀️ tried it for the first time) + 1h walk
    5/9: 2,5+ h of hiking, yessss!!!
    5/10: 30 min M&S Day 1 + 20 min 🚴‍♀️ + 40+ min walk
    5/11: 30-40 min M&S Day 2 + 30-40 min 🚴‍♀️ w son + 30 min HIIT
    5/12: 1h biking + 30 min HasFit tabata 🥰
    5/13: 30 min M&S Day 3 + 1h walk + 30 min various short workouts
    5/14: 70 min 🚴‍♀️ + 50 min walk
    5/15: 45 min 🚴‍♀️ + 45 min walk + 30 min 🏋️‍♀️
    5/16: 45 min HasFit Tabata HIIT w. weights + 15 min 🚴‍♀️ + 60 min 🏃‍♀️
    5/17: a 3h hike with the kids that I'll log as 2h
    5/18: prelogging, will make corrections if needed: 1h 🚴‍♀️ + 1/2h 🏋️‍♀️ M&S D1. No corrections necessary, I did all that plus 2 resistance band videos which I wont log
    5/19: 1h 🚴‍♀️ (to get to various places, 💗the spring&summer 🌞) + 1/2h 🏋️‍♀️ M&S D2
    5/20: 1/2 h HIIT workout (Le Sweat) + 1/2h 🚴‍♀️
    5/21: 3/4h Tabata workout + 3/4h (roughly) strength, M&S D3
    5/22: 30 min strength M&S D4 + 40 min 🏃‍♀️ w hubs
    5/23: 30 min HasFit tabata w weights
    5/24: 2h bike tour w kids
    5/25: 30 min M&S D1 + 45 min Tabata HasFit + 30 min 🚴‍♀️
    5/26: 30 min M&S D2 + 30 min Tabata HasFit + 45 min brisk 🚶‍♀️w hubs
    5/27: 30 min Tabata + 30 min 🚶‍♀️ (not 2 happy about that, I had rather 🚴‍♀️ed)
    5/28: 30 min M&S D3 + 30 min HIIT

    5/29: 30 min M&S D4 + 1h 🚴‍♀️
    5/30: 30 min HIIT + 45 min 🚴‍♀️ out&about
    5/31: an afternoon of hiking on perfect paths

    Total: 51+ hrs 🙌

    ETA: In April I aimed for 30 hrs and managed to be active for over 41 hrs 💪
    (am a bit surprized that I did even better in May)
