I'm in aiming for 40 hrs, but what I need to work on is the intake. It's a pitty if I undo all the work that way..
6/1: M&S Day 1 + running. Total: 1hr
6/2: M&S Day 2 + π΄ββοΈ + HasFit Tabata. Total: 1,5 hrs
6/3: Cardio 40 min (HasFit again) + 50 min π΄ββοΈ
6/4: M&S Day 3 + π΄ββοΈ + Stronger by Zumba. Total: 1,5hrs
6/5: M&S Day 4 + Popsugars Tabata + πΆββοΈwπΆββοΈ. Total: 1,5 hrs
Total so far: 7. Off to a good start π1 -
Goal: 24 hours (1440 minutes)
6/1 - 75 min cardio (walk 75 minutes)
6/2 - 55 min cardio (walk 55 minutes)
6/3 - 55 min cardio (walk 55 minutes)
6/4 - 75 min cardio (walk 75 minutes)
6/5 - 30 min cardio (walk 30 minutes)
Total MTD: 4 hours 50 minutes2 -

Goal: 50 hours (3,000 minutes)
Daily Targets: 100 min with 30 cardio

2nd month to do this challenge - and grateful for it!
Last month I met the goal of 24 hrs. This month - I'm going to try to kick it up to 30 hrs/1800 minutes

June 2nd - 20 walking
June 3rd - 0
June 4th - 90 zumba and walking
June 5th - Did workout - but because of kiddo interruption on the 4th after I posted - today's 40 minute workout is taking the place of part of the 4th - so not adding time - but on track.1 -
GOAL: 24 hours - 1440 minutes
6/1 - Walked 2.75 miles - 51 mins
6/2 - Biked 11.12 miles - 59 mins
6/3 - Walked 2.51 miles - 50 mins
6/4 - Biked 6.8 miles - 40 mins
6/6 - Walked 4.08 miles - 81 mins (281 mins done, 1159 remains)0 -

June 4: 70 min. HIIT with Lily + 30 min. fast walking
June 5: 30 min. fast walking
June 6: 60 min. circuit training + 30 min. fast walking
