    Update:

This week has been a bit of a mess, I have been in a work conference and the food has been supplied everyday. My org isnt very well to do, so them supplying the food isn't normal and I was told we aren't allowed to bring outside food (aka my own meal prep).
I've been trying to eat at maintenance cals this week, but the choices have been really limited :/ and they have supplied all three meals every day this week. Oh well, it is over now today so back on track. Just going to focus on my water and reg calorie goal and hope for no gain!

Happy Friday :) I will be back on Monday.

Hello, group! Today has been frustrating with a lot of interruptios, and . . . ,
I've maintained the same weight for three days which tells me my calorie consumption is one of weight maintenance but not weight loss! I need to bite the bullet but not the chips! I'm a bit annoyed with myself now.

The good thing I'm doing, though, is continuing to walk 1.5 miles a day and using the stationary bike! Also doing light strength exercises with the pulleys. Let's face it, I'm not in shape! I used to go to the gym three times a week until March as I know many of you did also.

I think I'm going to look for a structured high protein diet to follow. Is anyone following one they like?

    Thanks. Have a good weekend!

I was better this week but not perfect. Hoping that 1.9 loss this week is a true loss. It gives me motivation to be better this week. My goal this week is to log everything and drink 80oz each day.

My other goal is to check in here everyday and report the good and bad to keep me honest!

@jewelelainecasey - what are you doing for IF. I have been loosely trying 16:8

@MeganD1704 - sounds like you did your best and have a good plan to make up for it.

    @pins1982 - welcome 😊

@PatriciaNeves2015 - don’t beat yourself up, a few tweaks and you’ll be losing again. Weight loss is not linear just keep following the plan and you will lose.

Hey guys, my weekly check I’m I don’t know how it happened but it looks like I lost around 2lbs last week! I weighed myself twice to make sure it wasn’t an error. I’m at the stage in dieting where I think it’s super fun making everything I eat work into my daily calories. I haven’t really put in any exercise lately my plan was to make up for it today (my day off) but last night I hurt my leg so that doesn’t look like it’ll happen anymore. We just bought this super cool smart scale that measures your body fat percentage and a bunch of other stats, it has me super motivated and it was only $25 on Amazon. Now on the downside I had my favorite cake yesterday for the first time in months and I realized it’s so true that eating sugary foods make you so much hungrier! I felt like I was starving all day after I ate it which was a bummer because now I remember how much I love cake lol

@birdy1539 Congrats on the weight loss! Watch the sweets. Has anyone ever made NICE CREAM ? Easy, good, and good for you, light!!

2 cups strawberry yogurt, FF and SF. I like Oikos Triple Zero. ! small bag of frozen strawberries slightly defrosted. Tsp vanilla, 2 TBS Stevia. Blend in processor. Voila! Eat immediately or freeze in individual containers. When hard frozen, must soften at room temperature about 20 min or microwave for 20-30 seconds at 20% power.

    Enjoy!

    Happy Sunday everyone!

Yesterday we had another celebration for my daughter graduating from high school. It was the first time in 45 days that I did not track my food. I ate sugar and had wine. Today is a new day! 😊

had Chinese Food on Saturday for my grandparents 60th wedding anniversary. It always makes me feel awful and bloated for 3-4 days so this isn't surprising, my body is officially trying to get rid of it all. Will be sticking to mostly liquids today as I feel awful.

Got my workout in this morning- aiming to get back to my regularly scheduled 5 am workouts.
    Cheers!
