It can be done. This is my 4 year transformation. I'm 48 years old, with a wife and 4 kids.

Some of the bods on here are NOT dad-bods!
A dad-bod is a male physique that once had the glory years of a Spartan Warrior, lean, toned and the ability to catch the attention of any female under 40 with a panty-dropping regularity. It now hides a multitude of sins under each saggy former pectoral and bicep muscle, and is a sad testament to lost loves, broken and unfulfilled dreams, the last glimmers of a youthful exuberance flagging under crippling knees, desperate groans of lower back pain and hips tighter than the strings on a harp! The nipples that moved south by 3 inches, and the waistline that expanded by 10 inches provide a pathetic testimony of hoping to grow old gracefully, sadly failing on a weekly basis and blotting out your fears and squashing all hopes of rediscovering the swagger you desperately crave under a regular intake of Malbec and Ben&Jerrys Caramel ChewChew.
