    End of T25 Gamma tomorrow, our first run through finishing with Extreme Circuit. The last 2 weeks I've been doing a running challenge with work, so 42 miles last week and up to 22 so far this week. Once clear of the challenge I think it will be time for P90X3. In the meantime I might try 2 weeks of the Hybrid Gamma programme.

    I finished 21 day fix real time not log ago and I am on week 2 day one of 21 day fix real time extreme. Its been rough but I like doing something sort of new every day. Got pretty decent results from the first fix. :smiley:

    Normally I split my workouts up between AM and PM, but I can't workout tonight so I decided to just do them back to back this morning. It was a sweaty one for sure!

    I finished barre blend and then went on vacation for 10 days. Today I did Transform 20. It was rough after 10 days of no workouts but I liked how quick it was.

    Uh-oh! I forgot to post yesterday...like, at all. 😳
    Yesterday was shoulders at the gym and T25 Pyramid at home.
    Today was Chest & Tris at the gym...I’ll hit T25 Rip’t circuit later.

    I liked the lifting part! I don't dare to go as heavy as I should though, my left wrist is recovering from a small fracture that did not heal properly (I thought it was a sprain, took months to have it checked out) and I feel a bit of pain there in some moves, also my left shoulder pops loudly during each chest press, it doesn't hurt at all but I'm not sure what that's all about. But it was fun, I enjoyed it!
