These are pretty old goals. But then, I was reading page one, not page 339! It is the beginning of summer. I want to write 24?.? in my TOPS weight tracker book by the beginning of autumn. I set 25?.? as my goal for the end of Spring and I achieved that!6

YAY! so i guess my new mini goal is 169 for weight. as for measurement i will do tomorrow and that is where i am hoping to see the most change. I am learning the scale is not that important when compared to gaining muscle and energy to keep up with my grandkids. .. but i still get excited when that scale goes down. Best wishes to you all. You all are very inspiring. God Bless!!
I just hit 179 last week too! Hoping for 177 this week... hopefully some of your success will run off on me Here’s to 175 by July 4th weekend!

Reached a 10 lb total loss yesterday! Started at 134 May 9. I’m 5 feet so my BMI was considered overweight.
Currently 123lbs
New mini goal is to be under 120 by July 9.

Hit original goal yesterday 70lbs! New mini goal 10lbs loss/BMI 19.5 by 12/31/20.7

I have a spreadsheet where I have listed a whole heap of milestones and mini-goals, and I track in both lbs and kgs so that I get more chances to pat myself on the back!
Right now I'm at 170.1 and excited to see the 160s appear on the scale. At 168lb my BMI will be 24.9, that's the big thing I am working towards. My reward will be a few hours doing a closet cleanout (yes I consider this fun!) and trying on session with some of my smaller clothes.8 -
One kg to go before I can buy myself a UV gel nail lamp and manicure kit as a milestone reward. So close and near payday too6

Get to 200 lbs8

84.8kg this morning: whoop! So two mini-goals: 1) stay below 85kg and 2) get to 81kg (via 84kg, 83kg and 82kg of course) which would put me at the top of the normal BMI.5

I so envy you! I like the idea of BMI goal, I'm going to do that too.2 -

I just got out of obease also! Feels so good doesn't it? Now normal. Whew we can do it!6 -
my dad has heart surgery coming up. My goal is to stick to the low fat diet my doctor has just prescribed12

I finally hit it!!! 2.5 years later.
Now the goal is to get it in competition!18 -
To reach my goal weight I have 12lbs to go, but I am taking it easy 1lb a week.11

I'd like to finally bench press more than 115 lbs. My strength progression has stalled there for last 2.5 months.
I would also really like to finally hit 130 lbs - it would be 30 lb lost and 10 lb to go. These 3 lbs are hanging on to me8 -

Glad you are taking charge and taking care of yourself and your baby. Hoping the best for you.4 -
3lbs to 50 pounds lost! So close I can almost taste it! (It tastes like chocolate, and winning.)16

I've just realised that my birthday falls on a weigh-in day this year!
If I can lose 1.5lb a week, I could move out of the obese category in time for my birthday...
Looking at my stats, I'm not sure that's possible if things stay the same. I'm already eating the bare minimum and my weight loss has slowed down. I guess could potentially do it if I start exercising again (if I can't reduce my calories in, I have to increase my calories out). Hmm. Something to consider...14 -
As of today I'm no longer obese! Now just overweight. I'm so happy. On to Normal!17
-
2.5lbs to go to 10% weight loss!11
-
I got my first one... to be under 230 (first time in 4 months) next goal... get under 220! We've got this people... we can do, if we want it bad enough.10
