Weird day yesterday because I was expecting to have friends over and order out (so saved calories) but plans fell through so I ate anniversary dessert treats instead.
Breakfast: Starbucks iced coffee with a splash of almond milk, and one pump each of mocha and peppermint. Later, Japanese-curry-style chicken rice and veggies
Lunch: dill chicken salad wrap with bacon, plus a bowl of watermelon
Snack: fresh blueberries and graham crackers
Snack: mini dark chocolate Kit Kat, small taste of blueberry pie filling I made, and a strong mezcal orange blueberry cocktail
Dinner: hamburger with hot pepper jelly and ketchup for grownups, plus a romaine carrot red onion salad, lime basil dressing, and some crunchy tortilla chips on top
Desserts (many): more mini dark chocolate Kit Katโs, spicy dill pickle almonds, an ice cream sandwich, and a homemade dark chocolate peanut butter candy bar!4 -

Lunch
Other 1/2 of baked potato with butter/sour cream, side salad with lite ranch salad dressing, and a large diet coke. 1 piece of Russell stover sugar free caramel with another diet coke(for the car) My mom has a doctors and a lab appointment scheduled for today.

Cherry chocolate smoothie with a heavy dollop of cool whip and a drizzle of sugar free chocolate syrup

Breakfast: spicy dill pickle almonds and roasted edamame, plus a black coffee
Lunch: a black iced coffee, egg roll in a bowl with turkey sausage, plus watermelon.
Snack: chocolate-frosted-donut protein bites, plus another watermelon blueberry fruit salad.
Dinner: pasta with red sauce, black beans, and sausage, plus a romaine-carrot-red onion salad with honey dijon dressing.
Dessert: two mini dark chocolate Kit Katโs, blueberry cheesecake yogurt bark, and the worldโs best peanut it butter bar.3 -
Breakfast: olive ciabatta sandwich with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, asiago, mustard, mayo.
Snack: iced cold brew with oat milk.
Lunch: gado-gado (warm salad of potatoes, green beans, carrots, broccoli, tofu, and boiled egg with spicy peanut sauce).
Snack: a small can of Q tonic water.
Later: a negroni while zooming with a friend, and a strawberry mochi. Not super hungry as it was so hot today ๐ฅต3 -
B- Two small keto pumpkin muffins, fried egg, and coffee sugar free
L- Hummus low carb wrap, blessed egg, and cucumbers
S- keto coconut flour pancake with peanut butter, and pepper jack cheese
D- Hamburger patty with cheese
S- sugar free oreo ball with choc zero carmel syrup
We have to go the store tomorrow so produce was getting low and I wanted to make sure the kiddos had plenty ๐ผ
I ended at 1253 calories
My workout was 25 minute hasfit kettlebell workout, and a 15 minute walk with the kiddos3 -

L-Veggie soup, toast, cherries
D-Veggie tacos with Gardein crumbles, black beans, and corn
S-Small cup of dark chocolate cocoa and 1/2 chocolate chip cookie
I like having a little treat with coffee instead of a standard breakfast, thought I had found a great local low-cal option, read the ingredients after and they were made with beef fat - eugh. Very glad we're getting groceries tomorrow, haven't gone for about a month and I'm dying for fresh veggies again.5 -

Lunch: White cheddar pierogies in a homemade cheese sauce
Snack: carrots and hatch green chili hummus, grapes
Dinner: Chicken Tikka masala street kitchen over rice

Workout was 21 day fix upper body and yoga. A little yard work planned for the afternoon..

Breakfast: cup of tea with a little oat milk, salad bowl of cherry tomatoes, fresh mozz, lots of basil, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Baby bell peppers and a chunk of olive ciabatta on the side.
Snack: iced cold brew with oat milk.
Lunch: penne with peas, pesto, and ricotta. More basil from the garden.
Snack: iced matcha.
Evening: kombucha and a couple of taralli.2 -
Yesterday I had
Breakfast- porridge with cinnamon
Snack - banana
Lunch - 2 slices vogel seeded wholemeal bread, 2 thin slices ham- spread with tatziki - spinach, carrot, beetroot,avocado.
Snack - fibre one chocolate bar
Dinner - spring greens and new potatoes with garlic butter.
Ice lolly.1 -
Breakfast: Coffee with creamer. Attempted to make Kodiak cakes with almond milk... Had 2 and threw away the rest. Note to self for next tiiiiime. ๐๐๐๐๐
Lunch: Wendy's double bacon classic burger
Dinner: Firecracker chicken and shrimp medly with bok choy and potentially rice
Snack: Either a small Wendy's chili that I didn't eat with lunch or a protein shake.1 -

Our workout today was 21 day fix (dirty 30 and 10 minute abs) then a few errands and some house projects. Tomorrow we are planning on a trail. Have a great day..๐1 -
Breakfast: toasted everything bagel with tofu olive cream cheese and sliced tomato. After closing A YEAR AGO for renovations my local bagel place has not only been upgraded but has managed to reopen during a pandemic! Honestly the best thing that has happened to me this summer!
Snack: iced cold brew with oat milk.
Lunch: gado-gado (warm salad of potatoes, green beans, carrots, broccoli, tofu, and boiled egg with spicy peanut sauce).
Snack: glass of diet coke (purchased in an effort to spend more money at the bagel shop lol please never leave me again)
Evening: a glass of wine, one chunky pretzel, a green tea mochi.2 -
Major life stuff going on over here ๐ I didn't even hit close to my macros or calories I wss doing so good too..sigh when I am this stressed food is annoying ๐

L- A basic salad mix with shredded cheddar cheese, and spicy grilled chicken on top
S- Blue diamond nut thins serving size/ a small bite of the dinner for the fam
D- Dreamsfield low carbish penne pasta with annies cheese sauce topped with peas
Calories: 1100 ish
Workouts: 15 minute hard cardio, 10 minute dumbell arm workout, and a little yardwork3 -
Breakfast: Trail mix with spicy dill pickle almonds and roasted edamame, plus a black coffee.
Lunch: egg roll in a bowl with turkey sausage, plus some saltine crackers.
Snack: chocolate chip pure protein bar and some blueberries.
Dinner: pasta with red sauce, beans, and chorizo, topped with grated Parmesan. A romaine carrot onion salad with raspberry walnut dressing.
Dessert: oatmeal with peanut butter and a melted marshmallow (Iโm calling it fluffernutter oatmeal), plus a peanut butter cup smoothie (coffee cubes, frozen banana, peanut butter, almond milk, cocoa powder, espresso powder).

Lunch: Taco salad containing lean ground beef, black beans, spring mix, cheese, onion, and salsa
Snack: Carrots and hummus, black grapes
Post-workout: Chocolate peanut butter protein shake
Dinner: Fish shakshuka, likely with cod! Will probably have that over quinoa or brown rice
Dessert: Likely a serving of ice cream, potentially oatmeal instead cause I'm really craving that today for some reason!
May also have another cup of coffee with creamer in there somewhere, it's a struggle to stay awake today.3 -

Mixed berry protein smoothie with a dusting of pb2 topping it with a heavy dollop of cool whip and a drizzle of sugar free chocolate syrup. Curious to see if this will loosely taste pbjish..
Walked 5 mile trail, grocery shopped for my mom, ran some errands and more little projects for the afternoon.

Snack: iced cold brew with oat milk.
Lunch: ricotta gnocchi with eggplant and tomato sauce and a sprinkle of parm. Salad of mixed leaves, cucumber, snap peas, and pumpkin seeds tossed with olive oil and salt.
Snack: a rice cake with sliced asiago, some kombucha.
Evening: TJs raspberry cream bar.2 -

Lunch: egg roll in a bowl with turkey sausage, plus some kidney bean and corn salad.

Dinner: dill chicken salad and bacon wrap, peach and cucumber balsamic salad on mustard greens.
Dessert: black coffee, a dark chocolate mini Kit Kat, some blueberry dark chocolate pieces, and some natural peanut butter.

S- Blue diamond cheddar nut thins ( I eat these instead of chips ๐)
D-Grilled Chicken low carb wrap with shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and salsa
S- Halo Top with choc zero carmel sauce and strawberries
Ended up at 1126 calories
Workout: 30 minute intense cardio with weights and a walk with the babies ๐ผ

Dessert: A little dipping snack-bowl - a graham cracker and some mini confetti cake cookies, with white-chocolate- pretzel peanut butter and a melted marshmallow.4 -

Dinner: Homemade pancakes! Likely with chocolate chips in them.

Today's been a little wack, but tomorrow will be better.2 -
Meal 1: Pancakes w/ tbsp syrup, pork sausage (not very good but trying to finish it up before it goes bad), banana + sliced strawberries. 2 cups of tea + milk + sugar +mint (from my garden).
Meal 2: some breaded jumbo butterfly shrimp + crinkle fries, from the freezer.
Not what I typically eat at all but it was Saturday so I went a little wild with breakfast. I did my meal prep today too: chicken breast, roasted brussels sprouts, roasted red and green bell pepper. I made some rice that I will turn into stir fry tomorrow (mushrooms and mixed vegetables).6 -
Breakfast: toasted sourdough with tuna salad. Cucumber, baby bell peppers, and kalamata olives on the side. Cup of tea.
Snack: iced cold brew with oat milk. Couple of sour candies from Ikea.
Lunch: zucchini fritters with sour cream/lemon sauce. Boiled corn on the cob. Simple salad of lettuce and tomatoes tossed with salt and olive oil. One dolma I wanted to clean out of the fridge!
Evening: gin and tonic, a few Pringles, and a TJs raspberry cream bar.1
