    Today I noticed that I actually love to work out and am excited to do it. I don't think that's ever happened in my life!
  • When packing my lunch I had no desire to taste test my lunch. Just packed it up and will eat it when I am suppose too.
  • Today I noticed that the fat roll under my arms, that usually ends up either in my bra or spilling over is smaller. It definitely doesn't spill over anymore and I'm hoping it will be gone soon. :)
  • That I weigh less than my husband. Also, I am finally realizing how much I have lost.

    That when my calories remaining number is high... I'm like, man! and I either don't want to eat anymore or eat so much less than that number.
  • I can get through more and more reps in my fitness bootcamp, and the plyometric/jumping exercises are getting easier! And for the first time ever, I look forward to working out. When I get up in the morning, I lay there for a few minutes thinking it's early, but I can't wait to get to bootcamp. I love it!
  • Today I realized I have to buy new work pants because mine from the winter are all too big!

    Today I started a new work out because I have dropped 8 lbs. For the first time in my life I am seeing results. I am so happy I could almost cry! No longer do I feel huge and bloated and ugly. I feel like I am starting to shine through. Like a snake shedding its dead skin. I am shedding the weight off! :-)

    Just wanted to share my NSV with you guys!

    I noticed today that if I plan on wearing these pants again without a belt I should chose prettier underwear. I noticed this week my husband glows again when he looks at me :).
  • Today i noticed that i am now under 200lbs the scales today said 199 so goodbye 200s hello 190s

    This week I noticed I am really close to my first ten pound goal making me several pounds closer to my previous lightest weight I've ever been!
  • Today I noticed that I'm less than 20 lbs away from "Overweight" instead of "Obese" and now that I've already lost 31lbs, 19.2 doesn't see as far away as before :)

    Today I noticed when I go to the snack bar at work...I no longer get cookies or cinnamon rolls..I picked healthier choices like brussel sprouts or beans...WHOOPIE!!

    There was a free lunch at uni and I didn't have anything- I just waited till I came home so I could properly count my cals!

    Yesterday I realized that I can wear my jeans again and that I have shrunk quite a bit because I wore a shirt I haven't worn in 7 years.
  • Today I noticed that I had no idea how many inches I have lost. I checked the size (4!!!!!!!) of the new jeans I bought, several times while in the store and again once I got home. I couldn't believe it. I am starting Level 3 of 30 Day Shred and I feel awesome!

    Today I noticed that my formerly skin tight-omg-can't-breathe-jeans were struggling to stay on my body, and not my body struggling to stay in the jeans. :)

    All my bras are now doing up on the last hooks, a few weeks ago they were all on the first hooks.

    Today I realized that despite being the biggest I have ever been, I have cardiovascular strength I didn't know I had. Arc machine....I kicked your tooshie!

    Today I realized that setbacks are only failures if I allow them to be and that losing less than I want in a particular week or month doesn't really count as a setback anyway. I realized that I have a lot of choices ahead of me today that are WAY more important than the choices I made yesterday or the day before.
