    Awesome, back to 0 lost. I’m so frustrated this month! I’m pretty sure it’s because I’m at the end of my half marathon training with really long runs on Saturday and I’m retaining water but it’s still really frustrating to not be seeing progress.

    Right now, focus on how your training is progressing, you are killing it! The scale is a fickle beast and you know that training is throwing it off. Eat to fuel your runs, sleep to recover, keep posting the numbers here, but the number is not the most important thing right now. You've got this!
