44-married, looking for female friends. If you’re a dude that thinks this is a dating site get lost! Looking to lose 30 pounds, and get back on track with running.
To be fair, most men on here are really great and not at all interested in compromising their relationships. It's that pesky 1% that ruins it all. Don't judge them all based on some bad apples6 -

No. Thankfully I don't gain easily. I put on and take off the same 2 or 3 pounds over and over again.1 -
Happy Friday everyone! I'm on a poorly planned holiday next week (starting off in Norwich and then going to Plymouth. Norwich is 200 miles North-East from mine, and Plymouth is 300 miles South-West.)
Best of luck to you!! Holidays aren't worth it right now with all the COVID19 restrictions, and the very real possibility of giving or receiving the virus while moving around.1 -
I'm getting back into it as well. From Australia. Feel free to add me in 🙂.1

That's what I do as well! Hoping this time I can finally reach goal weight.1 -

Same age here. Young at heart is a mind thing. Sometimes I have to listen to my body. 😗1 -

😂 I can picture that! August is typically gusty for us, but not so much this year1 -
Hi everyone. I’m 46, living in Ireland and busy with work, family and studying. I’ve been back on MFP for two weeks after a year’s break. I lost two stone a few years ago but it has all crept back on. I’m feeling in the right mindset now to get back on track. Looking for friends who like running (slowly) and walking regularly.3

Jumping on to say hello! I am 46 years old and after battling cancer and a myriad of other health issues, I found a surgeon to address a chronic health problem that had me on massive amounts of meds that in turn, caused me to gain an incredible amount of weight. After surgery, I joined a weight loss program and started increasing my activity level. I am 4 pounds away of meeting my 125-pound weight loss goal! I am fit, healthier than I have ever been, but would love to have workout buddies to help push me towards my fitness goals. I do have a massive hernia that is going to be repaired in December of this year (CoVID pushed back my surgery). I am also recently divorced and have jumped into the dating world, ouch..lol! Glad to be here
Edit: I forgot to add I am a teacher that lives in NYC...gyms are still closed but I have been killing the workouts at home!2 -

Create another goal? Congrats on your reaching a milestone but if you're goal oriented the only way to keep going is find a new one3
