Good morning -- 54/m here and all this staying at home and teleworking has led to putting on about 20 pounds! If they called me back in today, I am not sure I'd fit into a suit. Anyone else seen a gain with so much time at home?

No. Thankfully I don't gain easily. I put on and take off the same 2 or 3 pounds over and over again.

I lost 2 pounds over lockdown. I am 140 pounds, and looking to gain a little weight.

I don't seem to be in line with rest of the world around lockdown. I have only watched 90 minutes television. :)

Awesome!! That's very good compared to the general claim.

Happy Friday everyone! I'm on a poorly planned holiday next week (starting off in Norwich and then going to Plymouth. Norwich is 200 miles North-East from mine, and Plymouth is 300 miles South-West.)

Best of luck to you!! Holidays aren't worth it right now with all the COVID19 restrictions, and the very real possibility of giving or receiving the virus while moving around.

That's what I do as well! Hoping this time I can finally reach goal weight.

I'll be 41 in 2 weeks 🤬. I had been doing pretty good on my diet / activity level but then I tore my ACL last month 😥

Same age here. Young at heart is a mind thing. Sometimes I have to listen to my body. 😗

😂 I can picture that! August is typically gusty for us, but not so much this year

Hi everyone. I’m 46, living in Ireland and busy with work, family and studying. I’ve been back on MFP for two weeks after a year’s break. I lost two stone a few years ago but it has all crept back on. I’m feeling in the right mindset now to get back on track. Looking for friends who like running (slowly) and walking regularly.

Jumping on to say hello! I am 46 years old and after battling cancer and a myriad of other health issues, I found a surgeon to address a chronic health problem that had me on massive amounts of meds that in turn, caused me to gain an incredible amount of weight. After surgery, I joined a weight loss program and started increasing my activity level. I am 4 pounds away of meeting my 125-pound weight loss goal! I am fit, healthier than I have ever been, but would love to have workout buddies to help push me towards my fitness goals. I do have a massive hernia that is going to be repaired in December of this year (CoVID pushed back my surgery). I am also recently divorced and have jumped into the dating world, ouch..lol! Glad to be here :)

Edit: I forgot to add I am a teacher that lives in NYC...gyms are still closed but I have been killing the workouts at home!

    What sort of 69?

Is that your "Upper 30s,40s & 50ish" age?

Hey guys, How do you get on, when you have reached a huge goal? I have reached a huge milestone, but have a really hard time getting started again and on to the next goal.

Create another goal? Congrats on your reaching a milestone but if you're goal oriented the only way to keep going is find a new one
