    Thanks for asking. Struggling with lack of my regular walking/hiking due to unhealthy air due to forest fires. That seems to be increasing my appetite. Plus it’s hot which always makes me feel like eating. So far, so good...but having to “white knuckle” it quite a bit.

    I have been vacuuming & mopping a lot & generally finding things that need to be moved to another room - to get more steps!!

    I do think COVID is making many of us low grade tired. I think it’s important to things we enjoy: doodling, reading, baths, etc!

    I read a good reminder from Beck today … Tuesday Reality Check: Losing weight may be a slow process, but quitting won't speed it up.

    I forgot to weigh myself before getting dressed this morning, so I'm at 82.4 kilos (starting weight was 80 k). I'll do it before going to bed and again tomorrow morning. I presume it's best to weigh yourself in the morning 🤷

    "Quitting won't speed it up"- YES! This is what I need to remember when I get discouraged. I also like the reminder here that weight loss is sloooow. Patience wins, always.
