    I did Sydney's full body burnout, a little step, and then 2 miles at the park after work. It was really hot. My car saide 104-106 after I pulled out of the shade. Tomorrow is forecasted to be hotter. No running outside planned!

    spent so long packing I decided to do this low impact workout again vs the thing I had planned. Doubt the people downstairs want to hear me stomp around at 10pm

    Forgive me for skipping to the end... but I just discovered virtual runs on YouTube and I love it! I don’t have a treadmill, just run in place in my living room. Know what I really want?
    An interactive virtual race with a story, where you see video as the POV of the runner, and there are actors/ characters, maybe things you need to look for, or like a zombie chase! Of course it wouldn’t be truly interactive, you’d just be running along to a video. But it would be so much fun for me if there was an interesting story to feel like I was part of.
    Is there anything out there like this???

    Hi, I'm back. Had to go to Fl to be as supportive as possible to my daughter and her family. I don't know if anyone heard about this on the news but my daughter's step-grandchildren (2 young teen boys) were brutally murdered in their home. So tragic and sad and senseless... My heart aches for all of them... just devastating...

    But somehow someway life must go on so... my workout yesterday

    So glad I found this thread - so many great YouTube ideas.

    Today I did this 20 minute brisk walk with Leslie Sansone. I find that the 20 minute walks are great for days when I'm just dragging and don't want to exercise. Also for days when you're doing strength training and you just want a bit of cardio.

    Thank you for joining us! That's why I started it, youtube was giving me the same old suggestions, here I can find new/old/different, etc. workouts! :)

    Challenging but not impossible, I would say moderate. Some crawling on the floor and getting up, which
    Is the hardest thing for me, but I loved it because I sweated so much more afterward.
