Yeah, it’s not looking good for us here in Ontario, is it?😔
So many figured things were back to normal. This week will really tell the story since public schools here will have been back 2 weeks0 -

That sucks!
Another lockdown?!
I plan on yardwork, picking some of our grapes for wine and maybe hitting the cidermill with the family.
Compared to many places our numbers are low but considering we had the cases down to less than 50 for the province some days having triple digits seems too scary now.
Enjoy the cider mill1 -

I am really looking forward to going outside and breathing clean air. I'm so grateful we have it. It's been really tough the last ten days.2 -

Hi everyone. I'm 44, I'm active and workout (muay thai) but the waistline keeps expanding. I started tracking a week ago and I am starting to see that my food choices are not always as good as I thought they were. I figured this would be a good place to help keep me accountable.4

Hi my name is Donna , I am just beginning I need to loose 75lbs, I look like Hilda but I need to bring it down to be healthier, thanks6

Hey, I'm here to lose the massive weight gain caused by the meds I was put on after an injury. I've cut the meds to almost nothing now and found other ways to cope but I still need to lose a huge amount of weight - 114lbs on top of the 26lbs I've already shed. An intimidating amount! But I'll get there. Looking forward to getting to know you all, and sharing this journey with you x5

Hello, my name is Josh and I’m a 45 year old male and fairly new to fitness. I worked out in my teens and 20s but that fell by the wayside as I got older. I weigh in at just under 200lbs. I started using MyFitnessPal about 2 months ago after weighing 225 and getting diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I use it mostly to track food but also love how it seamlessly integrates with the Apple Watch fitness program. I do 30 mines of exercise bike along 3x a week along with strength training with dumbbells and kettlebells at home along with 3-4 mile evening brisk walks 6 nights per week. I’m just here to support and find support for those of us on a quest to live a healthy lifestyle. Good luck on your journeys. 🙂4

Sometimes people accidentally hit it when scrolling, and don't realize it. Hopefully that's the case.
Good morning everyone. It's a new week. Own it!
I've done that but usually I remedy it right away. Maybe someone doesn't agree with their name? 🤣😂🤣
I've always loved Mondays because it's the start of something new. So many possibilities. Leave behind whatever was troubling you last week and start fresh. Stop the snowball, let it go and get to it!!!1 -

Thanks! He's starting week 3 and *knock on wood* things are ok so far. We switched him to a school with smaller classes, the school updated their ventilation system and have all sorts of disinfecting plans. But still I'm not planning anything for myself i case I become teacher mom again0 -
Happy Monday. Have an amazing week.2

Btw @forestfreek how are things for covid up where you are? You're probably stuck with restrictions because of the idiots down here where I am.1

Yes, we have had 23 University students test positive and all went to the bars so doesn't look good here either.0 -
It's been 9 months since I was last on here. I've started to focus again on my strength and fitness and I'm now around 5 weeks in to working out. Feel free to add me.1

I saw on the news about an outbreak there. I guess they figure they're invincible?1 -
Hi All. 46 yo. Looking to get on the road to consistent fitness for life. Need to trim more than 100 lbs while toning. I hope engaging with the community will help me stay motivated to build new habits. This group appears lively so I hope to meet some new friends.7

I just found out that someone here at my work tested positive for the virus. They are a college student. So the department was told to leave for the day do they could clean. The department is next door to us.
I hope they are ok.
Second positive case in our work since all this crap started. Out of 200+ employees.
Stay safe all.
Oh geez that's too close to home eh
My husband got an email someone in his office tower has tested positive. Luckily not from his firm but it makes him want to stay home
The husband of a caregiver of my mom testers positive so my mom's had yet another test but is feeling fine so we're hopeful the caregiver is ok too. Crazy illness1 -
Hey. Nick from Denver CO here. Looking for people to friend me as I start a ton of positive growth aspects of my life. Fitness being a big one. Been at it for about a month but still have 30 ish lbs to go... Doing well on diet and exercise but would love to get surrounded by people as I push forward on this part of my journey.
If you’re looking for a friend to support you on your path, looking to connect and succeed together, or just want to be part of my journey... I’d love it. Friend me!
Talk soon, and keep up the great work.4 -
On holiday this week so a bit of a piggy week but never mind I will get back to it next week. Good luck everyone.3

Birthday week for my son and I am up over 1kg. My 40th is coming up and I am having a series of small parties with different groups of friends. It is not going to be good with me for a month. Ugh. But tomorrow I am officially being presented with my senior black belt certificate which arrived from Okinawa. I have gained about 5kg since I graded for that. Fml3

Hi! I've used myfitnesspal off and on for years and have had great success! I took time off due to foot injuries and having another baby but I'm baaack. I'm 35 and have a 1.5 year old and 12 year old, work full time from home (due to covid) and started back at college this month, because I am apparently insane.
I have baby weight to lose (about 20 lbs) and initially I'm going to be focusing on diet and just some kind of daily movement. I hope to get back into full fledged workouts by the end of 2020. I would love meeting other parents my age in a similar situation to help motivate one another!2 -
Hello all! I fall within this age group. 😊 I have been on and off again for a while and am back! Of course I want to lose weight and get in shape. I was thinking about it this morning and I had this thought...my biggest goal is to wake up in the morning and actually feel good.
I would love to add some mutually supportive friends so we can cheer each other on!3
