Question...and I hope I'm not out of line. What do y'all think about dropping "summer of 69"? From our group. I didn't see a single post from her on the thread and she hasn't weighed in since week 3. Again, sorry if I'm out of line. I think it would help our group percentage if we only included those of us who weigh in. Just a thought

My son started 1st grade on the 23rd. I am so bored without him home!
How did the first week of first grade go? My little first grade guy seemed to have fun - doesn't tell me much. My 5th grader had a fantastic week, according to her, and loves her teacher!
He's doing great. He's little Mr. Independent. He doesn't tell me much either-it's like pulling teeth. I have also realized what a ladies man he is...when I pick him up from school all the little girls say "Byyyye Owen" in that sing-song voice. Haha, it's adorable. I thought all this stuff was supposed to happen when they turned into teenagers?! :ohwell:0 -
Hello all I am new to MFP and need help to get motivated to loss all my baby weight. I am 29 years old and have a 9 month old baby girl. My husband is in the US Marine's and is stationed in Tampa, FL so we are not living in the same area and it's hard to be able to say I'm going to the gym so watch your little girl. I work full time and take care of my daughter full time with help from my mother. It's hard to get over to the gym with our work schedule's so I need a lot of help.
I'd love all the help I can get to lose this weight as I haven't been able to lose a single pound since giving birth.

Im in! Im getting ready to leave and go on a mini vacation and birthday get away with my husband. I will most definitely remember to use my pedometer when Im out and about in Branson!0

I'm 207 again today. And walked 3.5 miles. Clock up the miles as don't have a car or a bus pas so walk most places.0

Weighed in this morning at 198.6. I got in 2 miles of walking (2.07 but I am putting it in as 2). We took the kids to the Franklin Institute in Philadelphia today - had an awesome time! I could not find my pedometer that I have been using, so I quick put a pedometer app on my ipod and used that - worked great!0

Hello, Hot Moms!! Check out the weekly stats below.
Here's a quick summary of the past 7 weeks.
After 7 weeks, we have a solid number of moms checking in.
Did any of you realize that we crossed the quarter mark on August 29th? We are more than 25% through this challenge!! The time is flying fast! In order to reach our goal weights, we need to remember that EVERY DAY counts. Right now, there are 115 days left in this challenge. Let’s keep moving and losing!
Next week, on our 8-week mark, I’ll run another individual assessment to see how many members are on track to reach their December 31st goal weights.

Shelly, I have a mile in today. Tons of rain in my part of PA - was not sure how to go home from work today, it took much longer than usual. We actually had buses bringing kids back to the school because they could not get to the stops due to flooding. Luckily all are home safe and sound.0 -

I got in 2 miles today and 1 1/2 miles yesterday! Im heading home tomorrow so that means being on the road all day. I will return on Friday morning!0

We're now on Hurricane Katia alert. They think it'll hit scotland on monday but won't be hurricane force by then. But have weather warnings or strong winds and flooding.0 -
Checking in with Saturday mileage- 1.11 miles.
Soooo bummed - weighed myself this morning and I am at 200.7 - I've managed to stay under 200 for 3 weeks, and now this! I know I haven't eaten fabulously this week, but I wasn't that bad. Oh yeah, TOM is due any minute. I'll blame it on that! Hopefully when I weigh in on Monday for our group I can be back under 200. Wish me luck!0 -
