speaking of the weighted blanket - do those really work? i have terrible insomnia

It has made a tremendous difference for me. I rarely have anxiety or insomnia any more. When my daughter moved we got her one too. She loves hers too.

I don't officially have a weighted blanket but two heavy quilts (Canada, amiright?). I fold them in fourths and plop 'em over my duvet at night. Just weighed them: 9 lb. Works a charm for me!

However, I've read that a proper weighted blanket should be no more than 10% of your bodyweight or some such metric.

My daughter is going through therapy for anxiety and her therapist recommended one. She sleeps with it every night and says she loves it. She’s 9

i just don't like being hot. i'd rather be cold. and my husband would rather be warm.

    *might need separate beds LOL!!!!*

thanks everyone - i'll take your advice into consideration... <3

My 17 year old on the spectrum uses one. He loves it. Helps ease his anxiety for sleep.

I thought of you this morning, but couldn't really think of your Id... I kept thinking ProteinAndPushups...

Anyhow... I vote this is your next id 😁
