Sorry, I just meant like some heavy emotion. Have you tried a weighted blanket?
Sorry, there’s enough tomvaguery goin around that it’s hard to know if you’re catching some in the face sometimes
Yeah I apologize, that was not my intent at all.
Nah, i’m clearly just on edge ❤️

It has made a tremendous difference for me. I rarely have anxiety or insomnia any more. When my daughter moved we got her one too. She loves hers too.MiNinaLisa wrote: »speaking of the weighted blanket - do those really work? i have terrible insomnia
I don't officially have a weighted blanket but two heavy quilts (Canada, amiright?). I fold them in fourths and plop 'em over my duvet at night. Just weighed them: 9 lb. Works a charm for me!
However, I've read that a proper weighted blanket should be no more than 10% of your bodyweight or some such metric.MiNinaLisa wrote: »speaking of the weighted blanket - do those really work? i have terrible insomnia
My daughter is going through therapy for anxiety and her therapist recommended one. She sleeps with it every night and says she loves it. She’s 9
i just don't like being hot. i'd rather be cold. and my husband would rather be warm.
*might need separate beds LOL!!!!*
thanks everyone - i'll take your advice into consideration...1 -

My 17 year old on the spectrum uses one. He loves it. Helps ease his anxiety for sleep.
I thought of you this morning, but couldn't really think of your Id... I kept thinking ProteinAndPushups...
Anyhow... I vote this is your next id 😁0 -

Everyone struggles sometimes and motivation isn't always there. Maybe take the time today to pre- plan your meals for the week, this always helped me off to a good start.
Try not to beat yourself up too much. Tomorrow is a fresh day..
Wishing you well 🙂6 -

I know I sound like a broken record saying this but seriously... Audible.com and check out the self development genre...
Some of those books can really change your life by giving you new perspective...
Best if luck, everything comes when it was meant to, as does weightloss... So no need to stress, it just wasn't time at the moment... Once you stop fighting it, I'd bet it comes...
