I don't officially have a weighted blanket but two heavy quilts (Canada, amiright?). I fold them in fourths and plop 'em over my duvet at night. Just weighed them: 9 lb. Works a charm for me!

My daughter is going through therapy for anxiety and her therapist recommended one. She sleeps with it every night and says she loves it. She’s 9
i just don't like being hot. i'd rather be cold. and my husband would rather be warm.

My 17 year old on the spectrum uses one. He loves it. Helps ease his anxiety for sleep.

Lol I am halfway through my weightloss journey, i lost 17 kg and still 14 kg to lose, but i don't feel motivated. I started choosing more unhealthy food, binge, cry everyday i feel sad, depressed and annoyed because I can't get back to track. Any advice?
Everyone struggles sometimes and motivation isn't always there. Maybe take the time today to pre- plan your meals for the week, this always helped me off to a good start.
Try not to beat yourself up too much. Tomorrow is a fresh day..
