    Got the Bushmen series done, does anyone know if we are supposed to do 3 sets of 15 ...on each side??? on lawnmower and tricep kickback, or split them up???

    I can barely type....did a Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred (Level 2), Cardio Stability Ball workout AND the challenge exercises--just the Pygmy....couldn't make myself do the Bushman...feels so good to be done!!!

    a soak in a bath with a spoonful of mustard powder - in the bath, not for sucking on!

    Hey team12 im all caught up on bushmen series this week has been crazy but im back on track
    now though!!

    Guys also I dont log food well but I use measuring spoons when eating and usually eat the same things that have already been logged and will always be honest when I know I go over will that be ok?

    We only ask that you are honest with yourself and in turn, are honest with us in your reporting! If that's what works for you, then it works for us. I don't think I can do that, but we are all individuals and we all have to do what works best for ourselves! In the end, you are only doing this for YOU!

    Hey gang, I think I may have to drop out. Yesterday I came down with some tingling in the fingers on my left hand, that started to spread up my arm. Arm is better now, still have some tingling, but not the arm is sore and feels weak. I have a Dr. appt today so I am hoping to know more later.

    3 sets of Triceps Kickbacks
    3 sets of 15 Woodchops
    20 Pushups
    Tabata #1
    2 sets of 15 swimmer presses
    2 sets of 15 wood chops
    2 sets of 21’s
    2 sets of 15 lawnmowers
    5 minute bear walk
    50 Toe Touches
    50 Crunches
    100 Jumping Jacks
    50 Burpees
    20 Windshield Wipers
    50 Split Squats
    Tabata #1
    1 minute bear walk
    100 Jumping Jacks
    50 Crunches
    25 Split Squats
    Jillian Michaels Shred 1
    5 minutes of crunches (no break)
    16 extra minutes of Tabata #1, #2, #3, and #4
    28 minutes of WATP

    Still doing Bushman AND Pygmy Series and I am staying under on calories, over on water, and burn 1000+ calories today for our mini challenge :o)

    I know that I am just barely getting on here to answer questions so I can't get on here everyday to post what I've done or offer words of encouragement/support. With my full time job, single parenting full time, losing weight full time, and starting a part time job, it's all I can do to just get on here for a few minutes at a time each day. So just keep doing what works for you!!! You will do great!!!

    I've been doing the challenges, but my internet is so flaky I'm doing good to hit wifi hotspots right now to log what I need to each day. I'm praying to hold out and get a smart phone next week, but how crazy the phone I have is acting it may be this week, and just be tight on funds for a week.

    OK, well doc said no exercising for at least two weeks. Which sucks because now I need it the most. Thinks I may have a pinched never in my neck. Going for blood work on Friday and have to make a appointment for a nerve test.

    I didn't realize continuing to post here was an expectation. I probably couldn't meet it if it were. I'm doing the exercises. And my already planned exercises which ends up being a lot. I'm emailing gary on Sundays. I'm friends with him and several others from team 2 but with 15teams times. 10 I can't keep up with all that. Not sure how Gary can.

Honestly, I don't think most of the people listed for my team have been involved in this challenge in any way. So I am finding it difficult to worry about getting extra points for my team when I am not altogether sure there is a team : ( Sorry I was not more clear in my meaning.

    I did my exercises and walk again today my no zumba day woo hoo!

    but i was sooooo soooo tired this morning and could not be bothered...hoping i have a bit more energy tomorrow

    I'm on team five and this week was very hectic but I posted often. I have been very sore from this week challenges. I wasn't sure if I could make it today but we'll see. Six days straight including my regular routine is alot for me. I feel like I bit off more than I can chew.

    Come on WAPPO WARRIORS!!! Let's see some noise!! No matter what team # your on!!! encourage and lets know your working it on this challenge. Were supposed to be going tribal!! Raise your spears and run at the enemy with all you have and lose, lose BIG!!!!

    I''m getting very little emails for the challenge. But .....we'll move forward with what we have. Remember in the end its all about us. So let me answer a very important question i keep hearing. I'm sore....what can I do. The very very best thing you can do is drink a protein recovery drink in the first 30 minutes. It's not all hype it really does make a huge and I mean huge difference the next day. On days I do crazy workouts you will notice I drink two of those bad boys. You rarely hear me mention being sore. Reason being is not that I'm immune to muscle soreness but instead the shake I drink....Ahhhh you're thinking here comes the plug for something he's selling....NOPE I don't sell anything. Here's what I use if you wanna try it out. It's all from Walmart and NO they are not my sponsor. LOL

    1 scoop Super Whey Fortress Cookies N Creme Protein Shake Mix ($14.97 a container) almost enough for one month
    1/2 cup Oikos Greek Plain NONFAT Yogurt ($4.54)
    2 tbsp Jif Peanut Butter
    1/2 cup of 2% or Silk Almond Milk
    ICE to the brim!

    Blend on high for a great Peanut Butter Protein Shake!
    I prefer the Cookies N Creme over any other flavors.

    The greek yogurt and peanut butter add a tremendous amount of protein and provides a very filling drink.

    I hope this helps with your super sore muscles. Now TRIBE UP AND GET THOSE CHALLENGES DONE!

    43 minutes of yoga
    15 minutes of Strength Training with WATP
    30 minutes of Zumba low impact
    Calories are under and water is over
    I am still doing the pygmy and bushmane series :smile:

    On another note...I think that everyone is doing AWESOME!!! I am so proud of each and everyone of you!!! :flowerforyou:

    I completed the 1000 calorie workout and hurt my quad. I havent been walking correctly all day and the pain is severe. No workout today. We'll see about tomorrow. Hope everyone is doing well. The rain has stopped here for a bit but te rivers are cresting at 2am and alot of areas have been evacuated. Welcome to NEPA:)
