I have worked out every day for 4 weeks now and have only missed one day since September 20th. I run a minimum of a mile every day and 30 minutes of strength training daily. as a result my weight is all over the place, but I have gained 2lbs of muscle in the past month.2 -

Well I did a lot better than last month. In August I only managed a 2 pound loss. I hit my goal for September, but I Really hate having Monday as weigh day, straight after takeaway night. I plan to update here on Thursdays from now on as thatโs my normal weigh day.

October is over. In October I have managed to get into the 120s. Iโm less than 10 lbs to my goal. Very proud of myself and how far I have come. Iโve moved my goal calories up to 1/2 a pound a week so Iโm almost eating at maintenance. I have entered the home stretch. I feel just fantastic. My energy is through the roof, I feel dang near bouncy. I probably wonโt hit my goal for two months if my rate of loss is correct. But Iโm okay with this. Iโm buckling down on myself to start incorporating lifting and yoga into my life. Iโve dragged my feet till the end. And I really think these things will be soooo good for me long term, itโs just establishing the habit. Also I need a yoga mat and some heavier weights.

Really happy with how things are going. I dropped the water retain weight and then a little over a pound.....which is exactly what I have aimed to lose in a two week period. 1/2 pound a week loss. My next mini goal to celebrate is two pounds away. :-D
